I had wanted to upload some audio clips, but after submitting them to the
RealAudio encoder, I couldn't believe how bad they sounded. Can we use the
old standby .aiff or .wav files instead? They're much better in the A/B
comparisons I did versus RA, even at an 11K sampling rate!
I should say that I saw some postings about a new RA player/encoder, so
maybe they've improved it? From what I heard, sounded like a very bad phase
vocoder...
